Regulations for the Use of the Football Field

Forrestia Tourist Settlement

1. General Information

The football field is intended for recreational purposes and is available exclusively to guests of the Forrestia Tourist Settlement.

Use of the field constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.

2. Rules of Use

The use of the football field in violation of applicable law, these Regulations, or the guidelines provided by the facility staff is strictly prohibited.

In particular, the use of the field is prohibited under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances with similar effects.

Minors are not permitted to use the field without the supervision of an adult.

The field may be used exclusively by guests of the Settlement.

Users are required to use the field in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules.

3. Prohibitions

It is prohibited to use the field under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances, to damage the infrastructure, or to bring glass containers onto the field.

4. Liability

Use of the field is at the users’ own risk.

The operator of the Forrestia Settlement shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or other incidents.

5. Monitoring

The field area is monitored by a video surveillance system in order to ensure the safety of people and property.

6. Final Provisions

The user is responsible for the property entrusted to them by the operator of the settlement.

In the event that the entrusted property is used in violation of applicable law, facility regulations, or attraction rules, the user shall be obliged to compensate for any damage or destruction of property according to its market value.

The current market value of the entrusted property is specified in the price list available at the Settlement Reception.
