Regulations for the Use of the Playground
Forrestia Tourist Settlement
1. General Information
The playground is intended for recreational purposes and is not a supervised facility.
Use of the playground constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
2. Rules of Use
The use of the playground in violation of applicable law, these Regulations, or the guidelines provided by the facility staff is strictly prohibited.
In particular, the use of the playground is prohibited under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances with similar effects.
Minors are not permitted to use the playground without the supervision of an adult.
The playground may be used exclusively by guests of the Settlement.
Users are required to use the playground in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules.
3. Prohibitions
It is prohibited to bring alcohol, tobacco products, or intoxicating substances onto the playground area.
Bringing animals onto the playground and damaging playground equipment is also prohibited.
4. Liability
The operator of the Forrestia Settlement shall not be liable for accidents resulting from a lack of supervision over children.
5. Monitoring
The playground area is monitored by a video surveillance system.
6. Final Provisions
The user is responsible for the property entrusted to them by the operator of the settlement. In the event that the entrusted property is used in violation of applicable law, facility regulations, or attraction rules, the user shall be obliged to compensate for any damage or destruction of property according to its market value.
The current market value of the entrusted property is specified in the price list available at the Settlement Reception.
