Regulations for the Use of the Beach Volleyball Court
Forrestia Tourist Settlement
1. General Information
The beach volleyball court is intended for recreational purposes and is available exclusively to guests of the Forrestia Tourist Settlement.
Use of the court constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
2. Rules of Use
The use of the beach volleyball court in violation of applicable law, these Regulations, or the guidelines provided by the facility staff is strictly prohibited.
In particular, the use of the court is prohibited under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances with similar effects.
Minors are not permitted to use the court without the supervision of an adult.
The court may be used exclusively by guests of the Settlement.
Users are required to use the court in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules.
3. Prohibitions
It is prohibited to climb on the net, damage any elements of the court, use the court during storms, or use the court under the influence of alcohol.
4. Liability
Use of the court is at the users’ own risk.
The operator of the Forrestia Settlement shall not be liable for injuries or other unforeseen incidents.
5. Monitoring
The court area is monitored by a video surveillance system.
6. Final Provisions
The user is responsible for the property entrusted to them by the operator of the settlement. In the event that the entrusted property is used in violation of applicable law, facility regulations, or attraction rules, the user shall be obliged to compensate for any damage or destruction of property according to its market value.
The current market value of the entrusted property is specified in the price list available at the Settlement Reception.
