RESERVATION AND STAY REGULATIONS – FORRESTIA VILLAGE

1. General Provisions

These regulations define the rules for guests staying at Forrestia Village — a complex of cottages located in a natural environment.

Making a reservation and starting a stay at Forrestia Village constitutes full acceptance of these regulations. The content of the regulations is available at www.forrestia.pl and in every cottage.

The regulations apply to all Guests and persons staying on the premises of the Village.

Forrestia Village makes every effort to ensure that guests enjoy a comfortable, safe stay in harmony with the character of the place.

These regulations also constitute the Terms of Electronic Service Provision, in accordance with the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

2. Reservation and Payments

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email.

If the deposit (30% of the stay value) is not received within 3 days of making the reservation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Phone or email reservations become valid after the deposit is paid within 3 days from the reservation date.

The remaining amount (70%) must be paid by bank transfer or card no later than 3 days before arrival. Failure to pay within this time may result in cancellation of the reservation.

After making a reservation, the Guest will receive an email confirmation containing the reservation details, essential rental conditions, and payment information.

The local tourist tax is included in the price of the stay.

A change of stay date is possible free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, subject to cottage availability.

In exceptional situations (technical failure, unforeseen events), Forrestia Village may provide a replacement cottage of comparable standard or offer a different stay date.

The Guest is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during reservation. Forrestia Village is not responsible for consequences resulting from incorrectly entered data, including email address or phone number.

Upon Guest request we can provide:

  • a baby cot

  • a high chair

Requests must be confirmed during the reservation process.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: from 4:00 PM
Check-out time: until 11:00 AM

Late check-out without prior agreement may result in additional charges.

Early departure does not entitle the Guest to a refund for unused nights.

4. Personal Data (GDPR)

By making a reservation, the Guest consents to the processing of personal data by the owner of the Forrestia Village brand.

Personal data is protected in accordance with GDPR regulations and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the stay.

Guests have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data.

5. Lost Property, Returns and Shipments

The owner is not responsible for valuable items left in cottages or on the premises.

Items left behind by guests may be returned at the guest’s expense.

If no instructions for collection are provided within 5 days, the items will be handled in accordance with regulations regarding lost property.

6. Stay Rules and Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or persons accompanying them.

After taking over the cottage, the Guest should report any missing equipment or damage. Failure to report means the cottage is accepted without objections.

During check-out, a staff member will inspect the cottage. Any confirmed damage will be charged to the Guest covering the full cost of repair or replacement.

The use of electrical appliances not included in the cottage equipment (such as heaters, electric hot plates, etc.) is prohibited.

Smoking inside the cottages and frying fish indoors is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule will result in a 500 PLN charge for ozone cleaning and air refreshment.

The possession and use of narcotics, psychotropic substances or other illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the stay.

Bath towels may not be taken outside the cottage, particularly to the beach.

Guests must always secure the cottage when leaving, including locking doors and closing windows.

7. Additional Persons and Visitors

The number of persons staying in a cottage must not exceed the number specified in the reservation.

Visitors are allowed. The person who made the reservation bears full responsibility for visiting persons.

Serious violations of the rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

8. Quiet Hours and Order

Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Guests are required to behave in a respectful manner and not disturb other guests.

Repeated disturbances may result in termination of the stay without refund.

9. Parking

Parking on the premises is free of charge.

Guests are required to park vehicles in designated areas only.

Forrestia Village is not responsible for vehicles or items left inside them.

10. Safety

  1. Use of cottages, equipment, sports fields, playgrounds, jacuzzi, hot tubs, sauna, grill areas, fire pits and other attractions is at the guest’s own risk.

  2. Children under 18 years of age may use attractions only under constant supervision of adults.

  3. Guests must exercise caution when using electrical devices and must not leave them unattended.

  4. Guests bear full responsibility for damage caused by themselves, accompanying persons, children or animals.

11. Sauna and Jacuzzi (Hot Tub)

Rules for using the sauna, jacuzzi, hot tubs and other attractions are specified in separate regulations available at the place where the attraction is used.

Guests are required to read the detailed regulations before using the facilities.

12. Equipment Rental

(bicycles, kayaks, SUP boards, scooters, pedal boats)

Equipment is rented at the guest’s own responsibility.

Damage resulting from improper use will be charged to the Guest.

Children may use equipment only under adult supervision.

Helmets are mandatory if provided with the equipment.

b) in informational materials inside the cottages
c) on the website www.forrestia.pl

Guests must read the detailed regulations before using the equipment.

13. Final Cleaning

Before departure, please:

  • place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it

  • dispose of waste according to waste segregation rules

  • hand over the cottage to a staff member in their presence

An additional cleaning service during the stay is available:
vacuuming and floor washing – 50 PLN

Additional bed linen change and extra towels are available for 30 PLN.

14. Failures and Contact

Any malfunction or damage must be reported immediately to the owner or property manager.

In urgent situations, please use the emergency contact number provided in the information materials.

15. Complaints

All complaints may be submitted by email or phone

Responses are provided within a maximum of 14 days.

16. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the Guest does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract regarding accommodation services, catering services, or leisure-related services (including entertainment, sports or cultural events) if the contract specifies the day or period of service.
